Semiannual Inspection Module
Schedule your semi-annual building and room inspections using our scheduling feature that will automatically send meeting invites to everyone involved with your inspection (PI, facility contacts, inspectors, board members). Inviso can interface with your IACUC system to gather study/room associations, PI contact info, species used, procedures and other protocol information and documents making it very informative as your inspection team visits the different areas of the inspection. Capture deficiencies which can be linked directly to the Section and Category of the OLAW inspection guide. Report all deficiencies back to facility managers and PI’s, with instructions on how to prepare their Corrective Action plans. Status deficiencies and the inspection visits have been completed. Centralize your monitoring and auditing functions with our PAM module. Use this module to interface directly to your IACUC/AUP system and collect protocol information needed for your quality review. Schedule audits with your team using our calendar/invite system that will forward meeting invites to their MS Outlook or Apple calendars. Access protocol information, location of studies being conducted within the institute, regulatory documents and PAM worksheets are within a centralized database. Build your PAM audit worksheets using our checklist/questionnaire builder tools and use our newly developed iPad integration to capture any findings during your audit. Use a mobile device when conducting your inspections and audits. Inviso includes the ability to customize your own checklists and upload protocol documents so why keep carry around all that paper?

2. Integration with your AUP system
Inviso includes two ways to connect with your AUP system. If you have an electronic system then Inviso has the ability to “auto-sync” with whatever system you are using (homegrown or commercial system). If you are not using an electronic system then Inviso includes a spreadsheet upload to “refresh” your inspection/audit module at whatever frequency you need.

3. Centralized Scheduling
Schedule your inspections and audits using our scheduling feature. Notify your investigators and compliance team(s) about their upcoming inspections/audits. Inviso will send email with details along with a link on their home page dashboard. Inviso will also send out auto-reminders about the upcoming visits.

4. Checklist Builder
Inviso includes a semiannual inspection checklist that replicate the OLAW checklist along with links to “The Guide” and common deficiencies. A PAM checklist is included to use as a baseline. Both the semiannual inspection checklist and the PAM checklist are configurable using our checklist builders.

5. Deficiency/Findings Tracker
Once deficiencies or findings have been identified we provide an easy lookup and reminders to all that they exist. Set reminders to notify compliance staff if required “respond by dates” have been exceeded.

6. Email Alerts and Reminders
Set email alerts to notify staff if the required “respond by” dates have been exceeded after you’ve given the researcher/facility manager to respond to outstanding deficiencies or findings by “x” number of days. Email reminders can be configured to notify your inspection teams and staff about upcoming visits.

7. PI/Facility Manager Dashboard
Research staff and facility managers have their own home page “dashboard” which includes task notices and a calendar of events to show scheduled inspections and/or audits. Deficiencies and Findings are listed on your home page with the ability to respond to each. Users can also respond via the email report that is also provided.

8. Pre-canned Reports
Inviso has included many pre-canned reports that include facility reports, room reports, deficiency/findings by room, by PI, by site and trending reports by PI, deficiency and finding. Identify any trends that need to be addressed and include into your training program.
