Scheduling
Schedule inspections visits using our scheduling feature that will allow you to select your inspection team, date and time of inspection, building and/or laboratory being inspected and then send an email with a calendar invite (MS Outlook and Apple calendar) to everyone involved with the inspection. Once your inspections are scheduled configure the application to automatically send reminders “x” number of days before your visit.
Safety Inspections using an iPad
Inspectors can now conduct their inspections using our newly developed iPad integration. Imagine having access to all your checklists “loaded” on your iPad to easily capture any safety issues as you inspect each area. This simple, easy-to-use iPad feature can be used in any location that has a cellular or WiFi connection. Load inspection documents (PDF, MS Word) that can be viewed during the inspection to provide additional clarity to your inspection team. View inspection history at your current location which shows previous inspection results and deficiencies. Inspection results are forwarded to your Inspection Administrator making very easy to prepare correction notices, reports and correspondence with administration and laboratory managers.
